With the Chibi-Usa recognizing her parents thing, I personally don't relate it to the fact they're not recognized when transformed. I think thats different. I always thought that their transformation repelled the thought of being recognized (I don't know if that makes sense). Otherwise, what would be the point of transforming? "Ooo, I'm wearing different clothes!" Plus, Usagi is simply a younger Neo-Queen Serenity. I know I could recognize atleast my mom's face if I somehow went to the past. It would be easier for Chibi-Usa because Usagi (God forbid) never changes her hairstyle. I don't think she got a whole bunch of plastic surgery or anything when she becomes Neo-Queen-lady-person. So there is my personal opinion.

I dunno dude, her eyes DO change shape... XD... ahem >.>;

Neo Queen Serenity's voice always seemed lower to me (Dub and original) and I'm sure that most people's voices change a little over time. Plus, since she is so much older apparently, her way of speaking is probably slightly different.

Now we just have to find a reason for Chibi-Usa not recognizing that hair style and we're set

Oooo, here's a reason! She was infatuated by Mamoru's fine ass! (In her opinion, not mine!) Although maybe she was looking at Usagi, but not her hair. She always seems to talk about Usagi's beautiful mature body. (I'm not saying that to be a pervert, she does say something like that.)
