Is it just me, or does anyone else think that Mako-chan looks somehow different in Stars? I find you can always tell a Stars picture by looking at her. *points to kewl Christmas banner* I can't quite place what's different, but there's definitely something. It might be something to do with the way her hair is drawn. Does anyone else see this or am I just going mad?

I see it, too. It's mostly in the hair. Rather than being dark brown as it is in earlier seasons, it's slightly reddish in Stars, and it's a lot thinner whereas in earlier seasons it was usually drawn thicker. Her face is also thinner but that's the case of most Stars characters.

So I'm not just seeing things. It'll be the colour change which makes it most noticeable I think. I didn't notice the face changes until you pointed it out. Thanks! Now I won't be sitting there wondering why I keep noticing her so much.

Well...Her hair is lighter, thinner, it looks more out of place...And her boobs aren't as big as they used to be. (Yes, I actually pay attention to that *ahem*)

lol! No it doesn't! Anyways, I think all the characters look slighlty different in Stars. I think I kinda' like the changes though, but that's just me.

It's not that hard. You just compare Matoko art/screencaps from various seasons. You can seen subtle differences in styles and colors. ^^

I've noticed that the senshi are all uber thin in the Stars season. You know that one episode of the Stars season in which Taiki visits that girl Misa in the hospital? Doesn't Misa's mom look like Mako-chan? Or is it just me? I know that the hairstyle and the eye-color is different, but I totally thought it was Mako for a second. I'm prolly just nuts.
