All seasons of SailorMoon are now liscensed, except for Stars, so there arnt any places you can download them anymore that I know of.

To be honest, I don't think you can legally download them until the lisences expire, and I don't know when that is. I know the dates are somewhere, but I'm too lazy to look them up ^^;;

The thinpack boxset is 100.00 if you'd rather buy that, I'm sure it would be a lot easier than trying to find subs or raws of a legally liscensed show. You can get SailorStars via BitTorrent though
