Avatar vs. Real Life?

I always get confused when people have a pic of somebody of the opposite gender as their avatar... For example there was this guy who had Sailor Mercury as his avatar, and for the longest time I thought he was female

As for my avatar, no, I don't look a thing like Sailor Mars. Granted, my avie doesn't look much like her either, but that can just be put down to my sucky dolling skills *sweatdrop*

But for real... I always think avatars say a tiny something about people. If it's black, emo and has cuttin and/or blood then your a sad person. If you have a panda then chances are your fond of the little things

... COOL! =D I guess that means I have a dual personality! One as Nehelenia's Crazy Fangirl, and the other as Elphaba's wannabe wife! =D (I knew I should've read Wicked over the summer...that would be such a cool username) Oh and, SeiUsa, I like your shrink mode, you should use it's awesome powers more often.

EDIT- Now I'm Neh-chan's Crazy Fangirl AND her wannabe wife. =) And it will probably stay that way until I get Wicked back from my friend. It will probably be there for MONTHS considering how half of her family wants to read it ;u_u;. I'll need some way to celebrate.=)

Well, my avatar now is Behoimi from Pani Poni Dash. I'm like her in an important way. If you haven't seen the show, her deal is that she claims to be a mahou shoujo, only she doesn't show any magic. When pressed, she claims that if she does, she'll have to return to the Land of Magic. Then when there's a fire, she rushes in and a rainstorm breaks out. Everyone is very impressed, assuming she used her magic. From then on, she dresses more normally, claiming to be the non-magical part of her.

I'm like her because I too think I'm special and magical, and no amount of proof will dispell that notion.
