.....or is the website loading slower than usual? I came on this morning, and noticed it was running really slow, and thought it would just pass. But then I got on just now, and it still seems to be doing it. Like I said, maybe it's just me.

Dear lord yes. I am noticing it too.

The net at Dan's house was being slow all evening long, dunno if that's related.

The site is running really slow for me too. I run on freaking CABLE and I can easily count to 20 before each page finally loads.

It loads slow enough, that you can peel paint with it. Okay, maybe that's dramatic example there, but there is no doubt it is loading slower then usual. I'm on cable as well.

Maybe it has something to do with the recent spats of thunderstorms we've been having in the northeast? Our cable's been pretty spotty lately, and since Dan's running this site from his computer, it wouldn't surprise me that the weather might be causing some problems.

That's pretty much what I'm thinking is the case. Phobos is only as good as the service it's connected to, and roadrunner has been pretty crap this past week. I didn't know much about any storms though, but I guess that explains the 1/2-minute power outage I just had here with no warning whatsoever. Thankfully I was listening to music as I slept so the sudden silence woke me up and I dealt with things accordingly. -_-

The outage woke me up too... and I couldn't fall back asleep.
