I got as far as cutting and pasting... lol, I only have paint and I'm not very creative so automatically count me out.

EDIT:

Ooookay, time for my official mangling-of-the-contest that happens whenever I submit a banner. MS Paint is all I have, and I have a severe case of photo-editor's block. It's pretty weird, because I use lots of Paint and I also even use Microsoft Word sometimes- great for text boxes.

okay, guys..I have the winners selected, but the avatars are not made. I simply haven't had time..I just got back from ushicon today and have been catching up with stuff.

I"ll have the avatars done by tomorrow evening. ^^ here are the winners:
