Yes, the individual box prices haven't changed. It's just that for a few hours or so, you could order both boxes in a bundle for $69.95, whereas if you order them seperately it would be $79.90. The bundle saved ~$10 but it was only up for a few hours, so I updated the article saying that since I can see a lot of people serching over and over for the bundle that was mentioned that no longer exists.

Great. After I bought both of the boxes at 115$ each, completely wiping out all of my saved cash. Effing hell! Stupid effing hell!

It's times like this I'm glad Derek stops me from buying expensive shit with money we don't have. He refuses to buy boxsets until they're really, really cheap.

Oh this is confusing me. On Sunday i ordered the Box Sets and everything was fine. They emailed me and said that my order was a "backorder" and will be notified when they're getting sent. Then just now (5:33pm AUS EST Tues) i check it and my order has been cancelled?

Any questions like that should be directed to the reailer themselves, as unlike everyone here, they can answer your questions. While I'm sure there's nothing to worry about, as they haven't stopped the sale, e-mailing them voicing your concern will help a lot more than asking here when there's nothing we can do but guess.

Orders for backorders can normally be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the anticipated ship date.

Pre-orders may normally be canceled or changed up to 7 business days prior to release date.

In my hunt eariler today for more concrete info on the situation with the first two seasons (see this thread for details on that), I've learned something for people who ordered the boxes through Deep Discount DVD. Right now, the boxes are on backorder until 3/21/04, so if you haven't heard anything happening about your order there, there you go. My guess is that a lot of people ordered and that ADV wants to make a ton more boxes before the month ends, so it was probably decided by one or both parties to delay the next shipment of the boxes but get a lot more than they would have in the next shipment.

Us three! *SQUEE* The mailman scared us when he buzzed at 8:30, but we got over it really fast when we realized our box was here. It looks so nice next to our Classic set.

We're slowly watching, the same way we did with Classic. We don't have the time to watch it all at once. ;-;
