News Discussion Rules
Basically, how this forum works is simple and special in a way. What will happen is that I, and I alone, will make a new thread everytime I make a news update to the site. No one else will be able to, because this forum has that permission to create new threads disabled for everyone but me. When a thread is made, discussion on the news item can take place like normal.
