I have the movie and New Cutey Honey on DVD. After watching the movie enough times to think that the phenomenon was aimed at kids, I figure New Cutey Honey and Cutie Honey The Live are a rather pleasant shock to the system.

Update:

I've bought two more dogs: a shiba inu (Kitty) and a German Shepherd (Rocks). I've entered Max and Kitty in disc competitions, and all three have entered the agility trials (Rocks and Kitty are experts).

Anyone know how to get the RC Copter?

Off with the Steensmas? Although, with police involvement, there shouldn't be as much of a bloodbath as there was in that movie.

this strike is seriously getting old. what exactly are their complaints anyway? The grocery story ran out of corn flakes? 1) No revenue from DVDs. The networks were able to argue that VHS was an untested market in its infancy, but by now DVD sales are booming like never before. 2) No residuals are ...

The fashion and fashion magazine industries earn my vote as holding the biggest double standards with regard to women. The magazines (Cosmo, Glamour, etc) all have the overriding "girl power, OMG, you can do anything, love yourself the way you are!!!!" theme, yet what do you see when you look at th...

Totally Spies has a lot of annoying Cliches usually taking place every episode. 1. Sam is kidnapped and turned evil 2. When Sam is not being kidenapped Alex is 3. Surprise surprise, one spy leaves but returns to save the day 4. Clover always gets the guy 5. The 'Super' villain's plot is always reve...

I've only ever seen musical film adaptions. Hairspray, the original one. I saw this when I was a child and I've never forgotten it. You'd be as well off lumping 1962's The Little Shop of Horrors into that category. Incidentally, I bought the musical Hairspray DVD on Wednesday. And now I can hear th...

Ten naked men walking down the road. And singing. I think it was removed because they were all fairly ugly.

Rin I've been getting annoyed with girls at my college. They wear very small tops, showing A LOT of cleavage, and they'll often wear short skirts, and then they complain that their male teachers are staring at them. Um hello, if you're going to show it, they're going to stare. And if you don't want...

Dolphins would also be able to foretell the end of the world. But the thing they'd call a farewell message is something we'd call "a highly sophisticated attempt to perform a double backflip through a hoop while whistling 'The Star Spangled Banner'." The message, of course, would really be So long,...

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071203/ap_on_sc/chimp_memory This proves my theory that Humans are in reality the dumbest animals on earth. You don't see dolphins in wars or calling for the execution of a fellow dolphin for naming som kelp Jesus. Dolphins would also be able to foretell the end of the ...

My cat. He is seriously the best cat ever. He comes to me when i'm sad, he cuddles in my lap, and he sleeps right next to my head every night, purring and giving me little kitty kisses. Now if only my cat was like that, instead of being a right rotten bugger who meows at a high F sharp (we've actua...

You Know You Love Her (the Gossip Girl thread)

Well, who else here is into Gossip Girl ? I'm up to episode 6, while concurrently reading the books (up to book 4). I have to say, I prefer the books. Why? Because the TV show is far too clean. Take the character of Dan. For those who haven't read the books, there he's a chain-smoking caffeine-addic...

Hahahaha, never saw that part. THey must have missed those scenes. There's also one scene where the hero of the story ventures into a future Osaka and finds that the "paradise" he hoped for is actually one giant orgy. The utter bizarreness of which proves that Toshio Maeda (the original mangaka) is...
