Off Topic: I would really like to say that this is one forum that I feel very comfortable in. I recently got kicked off of another forum around January after some unpleasant and mostly unnecassary experiences. Thanks SMU Forum! On Topic: :D Don't worry about it. Trust me, you had to be there. I knew this man since I was a small child, the way his face looks, his expressions, is what tells you. Also, he was very strict with his son and also later he became an alcoholic so I didn't ever say anything about it once I realized what he was doing because quite fra...

This thread... wow. Well, my story isn't as traumatic but it happened. (Names changed because it's cool to do that...) When I was about six or seven years old my mother become friends (and is still friends with) with a woman who went to the same church as us. Grace was married and had two children. ...

I hate to bring race into the issue but that's really what alot of it is. I see more black kids in ISS everyday than any other. Crazy thing is, I know a white drug-dealer at my school (she did get caught but not for awhile...). I think kids from all the groups act out a bit. The white groups usually...

Yah but... wouldn't wearing the guys uniform just get you more made fun of? Just suggesting... That's another issue. For the schools that require the girls to wear dresses we have the tomboys who despise them. SO they want to wear the guys one and it causes more problems O.O Also, I don't think havi...

I don't think alot of kids act like retards because they think it's right. Kind of like what I said in the "School Unifroms" thread. Most are acting out because they can't at home. That's what did anyway. Also, I noticed a good number of these kids are spoiled white kids... Mainly emo's, but some ot...

That makes a bit more sense. I go to school wear the teachers are required to dress "professionaly" so I guess the idea just never crossed my mind that some people wouldn't take their job seriously in that area. Do you guys have similar unifroms as the students? (Do you're students have unifroms, I ...

He would also breathe really loud... Sorry about that. Over-share! Aside from that particular teacher I had some very good teachers. One in particular was very popular with the students, the parents, and the staff. Nobody had less than an 85 in here class and, considering it was an advanced course t...

Teachers wearing uniforms... lord. Anyway, I go to a school that requires a uniform and I must say that you can get made fun of depending on how you dress. One very common insult is high-waters (where your pants rise above your ankle... or higher  ) I got ridiculed so much for my clothes the ...

I agree with many points in this thread (I try to look at my teachers as people... since most of them are the same ages as my two older sisters, between 22 and 27, it makes it easier on me. Plus, my Grandmother was a teacher...) I have run into, a few, bad teacher so to speak. One incident occured a...

Hmmm... okay then. It looks like we have a teen group and an adult group in this thread and since I'm just a little to young... I've noticed alot of you are saying that what you do at home and what you do at school is entirely different but I don't think it really is. Some kids are either over-press...

Okay, I really don't want to take this thread off-topic (at least not any more than it already is) but I didn't do anything wrong. I personally think she was being disrespectful to me. If she was being sarcastic she needs to say so and not leave it to be interpreted by people who can only see the te...

No need to be a bitch about it, Peachvampiress. Also, Tiff, I never said kids that age aren't sexual. I just don't understand why you guys think this stuff is fairly recent. I mean there isn't anything that can be done about it really. It's the parents and sometimes the kids themselves but I guess, ...

I don't read yaoi personally (no, I'm not a homophobe...) so I can't say much about cliches and whatever. But, I do know how very frustrating it is when you work your ass off and get no credit. I've written a long (long...) Sailor Moon fanfic and asked a close friend of mine to read it (since I read...

Actually, the slutty clothes are ALOT cheaper than the modest ones. Didn't one of you say you were at Wal-Mart? I don't think they have those in Beverly Hills... Plus, sex sells. Let's face it. I guess it's because my generation is like this already but I don't see how most of this bothers anyone......
