You may want to attempt getting a CD-ROM drive cleaning disk to see if that will fix it. They run around $10 at any office supply or computer store, or Wal-Mart.

Otherwise, it could be bad media (ie. a bad batch of disks). In this case, you would want to buy new disks.

You can burn them right to a CD-R and they will play, but your CD Burning software has to support the OGG files for that to work. I use Nero Burning ROM, and I downloaded a plug-in for the OGG files, and it works great.
