Yes, the audio quality for RAW Act 7 is poor. It's scratchy and sounds like my old videos taped on EP. But, you can still hear everything the characters say. It wasn't a huge problem or anything for me, just a little annoying at first. It's unlikely that the TV-Nihon sub will have the audio problems...
