For the record, this topic is about discussing the new signature rule, not discussing avatars. Let's try and stay on topic.

There has been a change in the rules concerning signatures. Before there was a 300 character limit for signatures, now there is a 5000 character limit. The rule now states this: Images are not permitted in signatures. There is no need for them and they just take up space and suck up bandwidth anyway...
