I'm in Mossdeep City now...and should I use the Master Ball I got on Kyorge, the Regis, or Rayquaza? I would use it on Rayquaza. All of the Regis are on level 40, and IMO none of them are that hard to catch. Kyogre is tougher, but not impossible. I had used mine on Latios, and I feel it was a waste...
