Other than SuperS not really. But on the bright side Sailor Moon (like all cartoons in the 90's) is far better designed and easier on the eyes then most cartoons now a days.

I think it depends on how popular the show is. But even then many shows would break the rule.

In the ADV subs i noticed they screwed up subtitling when the character speak actual english.
