Tokyo Babylon is a prequel to X, so if you like X, it's probably right up your alley. It's very good - I own all of it in Japanese thanks to a friend.

FYI, Shingetsu's put out an update to their update - it seems one of their translators made a small mistake when looking at TOEI's update, and the small mistake led to a rather large change in the sentence's meaning. So, based on the re-translation, I'm pretty sure that Act 49 was it for the series.
