Reviving an old topic! Now it's my turn. I've lost my voice. It is not fun. Tiff, how long did it take you to get your voice back? Did any of the suggestions work for you? Poor thing. It took me about 2 days. For the first day, I couldn't say anything. The second day, I could whisper very hoarsely....

XD XD I currently have a beagle and a dachshund! I named the beagle うさぎ (Usagi, lmao) and the dachshund コーヒー (Koohii, Japanese for Coffee). I named Usagi at a spur of the moment, because I couldn't think of another name for her. I love how the game su...

*Nods* I agree. And if I ever made such a famous cartoon/comic, I'd probably put the same damn thing in my will. Exactly. I just want to clarify what I said. Merchandising of the Peanuts characters is still going on (I'd love to get my hands on a Snoopy plushie from Hallmark XD), but no more comics...

Nintendogs

How many of you have this game? I think this game is really cute and fun and I've even bought my friend a copy as a Christmas present. It's the latest virtual pet out there I think. One thing I like about this game is convience. I had a few Tamagotchi growing up, and while you can pause it, when the...

I switched to Firefox shortly after Tiff made this post.

Firefox users: Do you find that Firefox tends to be slower loading than IE? Or is it just me?

...But wasn't the book written FOR the guy's son, Christopher Robin? I mean..The guy may be dead, but jesus. Have some respect. His father writes this timeless classic for him, and all of a sudden we're throwing the guy out of his own book and replacing him with some bland, CG character to appeal t...

The musicals! I haven't seen a lot of them, but from what I have seen, they don't really follow the manga plot at all. They pulled a few bits and pieces from the manga, but it was mostly their own storylines. But that doesn't make the musicals bad. I thought the musicals were really well done and th...

Another interesting fact I wanted to post is that Ringo Star's name is actually Japanese for "apple". I thought it was really neat that he appeared in an apple juice commercial.

Takeuchi has no concept of anatomy I missed this quote. But I have to say... why does it really matter? It's not necessarily supposed to be realistic proportions, its not true-to-life portraits, its manga. Chibis in anime aren't proprtioned right. It's just a style. Naoko's style has out of proport...

Well, both replies to my thread so far have been rude and insinuated that I haven't read the rules. Now that I've had a taste of what this board is like I will not be returning. I am sure there are NICE people here and I do not mean to offend them. ... I don't think you realise that your post was o...

... *thinks* ... It's not surprising to me. I recall when I was in ninth grade, all the guys in my class had a porn collection that they brought to school to trade, lend, etc. Except they didn't bring the tapes in the original packaging. All the labels on the tapes were removed and put in plain bla...

I recall being told when I was little, that my name, Meghan means "strong". It kind of suits me, I think since I've been dealing with depression and whatnot.

..So I'm walking in the Christmas parade with Curves tonight, and as we're standing in line, waiting for the parade to start, these kids on a float are looking at us. These boys don't look older than maybe 10. One of them then points at each one of us, and says to his friend, "Okay, she's hot. she'...

My sister's birthday is on Dec. 17, so it's aways been an issue in our family. Most of the time, people gave her one present as a birthday/Christmas gift. She always complained for the reasons other people already mentioned. So, I think it's better to get two seperate presents for the person if you ...

Another thing added to my wishlist.. A working Super Nintendo. I grew up with Super Nintendo, but unfortunately, when I got to high school, I ignored it and eventually got rid of it. It was such a great system, I wish I hadn't got rid of it. I bought another SNES at a pawn shop once and got ripped o...

Hm, I've always enjoyed these kinds of puzzle type of RPG games. It kind of reminds me of Earthbound in a way.

My coworker turned me to Golden Sun just recently, so I'm trying to get through the game as quickly as possible so I can return it to her promptly.

Reviving an old topic! Here's the point of the game where I'm stuck: http://guides.ign.com/guides/15255/page_11.html According to the guide, it says to use Growth to make the plant grow into a vine. Is growth a Psnergy power? If so, I don't have it. Did I miss something? How do I get this Growth pow...
