This doesn't exactly count as anime, but since Tiny Toons was dubbed in Japan.... Hayashibara Megumi does the voice of Lil' Sneezer! I didn't hear him, but I assume he sounds just as adorable as he did in the English version. ^^

I only ever heard Araki Kae as Chibiusa. I love her as Chibiusa, especially in her image song "Baibai tte Itta". I never heard her as Miaka, though, but I assume she's OK (even though I don't like the character herself much).
