As far as I know, it was never shown or even mentioned in the anime. They did get married in the Special Act of PGSM and in the manga, but not in the anime.

I first saw Sailor Moon when I was about six. It was on a german channel, so it was probably the german dub. Since I couldn't speak german then, I didn't understand anything, but I still liked it. The only thing it seems to need is an index page so one can just randomly look at the articles. You never know when something will pique your intrest just by looking. Plus it helps if you don't quite know how to spell something.
