Sailor Moon Uncensored

Wow... couldn't believe no one's mentioned it yet. I have yet to see the 26-episode series (which I've heard is absolutely freakin' brilliant; possibly one of the best anime of all time), but I have the movie on DVD (like with Utena, it's an alternate re-telling of the story that was in the series)....

I saw Mean Girls on Saturday, and absolutely loved it myself. Trust me, Tiff: you'll get even the slightest bit of something out of this flick.

Although I definitely didn't care much for Evangelion as a whole, I think too many people complain about its last two episodes alone. I mean, they weren't the ONLY episodes that had stock footage galore and psychobabble overdose.

Like others, I also enjoyed the infamous "Jimmy-beating-the-crap-out-of-girlfriend-and-mother" scene. Wasn't that entire scene a spoof off of another scene from a movie?

One possible reason they reduced Wendy to a rarely-seen background character is the death of her voice actress, Mary Kay Bergman, who commited suicide back in '99.
