Definitely Haruka and Michiru. Couldn't see either with anyone else. Haven't seen much of the manga yet, so I don't know what their relationship's like there. Manga Usagi and Mamoru I would say(from the little I know) are the best in the manga. And H&M rule the anime, in my opinion.
