Sailor Moon Uncensored

I've just received the first 2 volumes of Sailor Stars, and they're beautiful! There is a little puzzle in each of dvds.
One thing I've noticed is that there is no preview at the beginning of each episode. They forgot them or there are really no previews for this season?

What was exactly the content of original LDs? (audio and video?) except episodes of course.

I've always wondered why ADV got such crappy masters...Because TOEI was afraid japanese people would purchase R1 dvds since no R2 dvds were released?? They didn't want R1 dvds to be better than theirs??

Do you think there is a chance for the R2 Sailor Stars dvds to be in stereo?

Just a question: Are all toei's region 2 sailor moon dvds are remastered from a new print? I mean, is the first season also remastered? I know that Sailor Moon R, S, Super S and Stars are, but is the first season too (I'm asking the question because the first season dvds were released 3 years ago...)

I mean, will we be still able to import japanese dvds in some 1-2--5 years? Won't they be out of print?
