can someone tell me how to make custom hair on the sims 2?

My favourite is Michiru and Haruka, not only are they good together but they gel with each other when they're battling, they're really cool.

I never thought i'd say this but i'm actually getting bored of the sims. I have a few sims 2 expansion packs but i still only play for a half hour at a time before getting bored But on the plus side it was a life saver whenever it was a rainy day, which is basically every day in Britain.
