ya I also noticed that. I didnt get why the Outers powers were soo much stronger then the inners. The Innerscouts powers barely did anything to the enemy. The Inners were already in their second power up by the time the Outers came so they shouldve been around the same power levels.

My first encounter ofcourse was when the show first premired on CN, I was probably around 9-10? Ofcourse since I was so young, I loved it instantly. But now when I watch the dub, I dont enjoy it half as much.
