Mine is fully of pretty fairies, and unicorns, and dragons, oh my! :D
I can't stand a desktop that's just blank. I always end up messing with people's desktops to spice them up a little. :P

Here is mine.

Or strictly speaking, half of it. I have 2 monitors and all my icons are on the other one. Windows does not let you have 2 wallpapers, unfortunately. (I guess I could always splice the two images I want into one, but who has time?)

Points of interest:

The big-ass clock in the corner. I like to be able to see the time from across the room. Also, I like the 24-hour clock.

In the tray: 3 annoying startup programs that I've shut off, the ATI icon which runs my TV in function, ZoneAlarm so don't bother sending me spyware, and Trillian.

On the taskbar: Agent for e-mail, a Windows Explorer window I haven't used yet, VirtualDubMod for video editing usually except right now I'm using it to view a TV capture for cosplay purposes, some silly web site I like to visit, a Trillian conversation window that started when I was away, and Paint Shop Pro which I used to capture the image.

And 7 points go to whoever first identifies the anime from which the wallpaper came. It's not like it's my favorite anime or anything, but this shot just screamed to me, "Wallpaper!"
Things I think Are Funny Early in the Morning: If Batman were a Smurf: "Quick, Robin! We must smurf down to the Batcave and smurf the Batplane! Then we must smurf the batsmurf so we can smurf where the Joker is smurfing!"

The Croonerism Spate (explanations upon request)
Be careful with this one, there is a bit of a pun involved. Dr. Spooner described his visit to a castle: "In the center of the fortress was the Palace Court. The gated entrance to this area was the court palace."

And here is my desktop.

That's D-fend, Exult, WinDVD and Oblivion icons on the right. On the left is my Sailor Mercury winamp skin. The song is Tori No Shi, the opening song for Air. And right in front is a relaxing scene.

Everybody was a baby once, Arthur. Oh, sure, maybe not today, or even yesterday. But once. Babies, chum: tiny, dimpled, fleshy mirrors of our us-ness, that we parents hurl into the future, like leathery footballs of hope. And you''ve got to get a good spiral on that baby, or evil will make an interception.

I dunno. I was just looking at it and I suddenly got this urge to get inside. No, not just an urge - more than that. It was my destiny to be here; in the box. And then when I put it on, I suddenly got this feeling of inner peace. I can´t put it into words. I feel... safe. Like this is where I was meant to be. Like I´d found the key to true happiness.

All I can say that uses someone's pictures (they know about it). I'm not going to post it, in order to protect their privacy.

I can say it has green text and with picture frame in green lines and basically a black background and is a nice 1024 x 768, full color image. Looks very nice.

Wallpaper's a cute drawing by Tomo. ProgDVB is what I use to watch TV and record episodes and shtick. Smas is Sailor Moon: Another Story. ArtRage, IrfanView and ImageForge... the first is for drawing, the other two are for iconing.

POOM! and all pictures after are random things my friend Ebi sent me. Except the lala one. That one's from Umino-kun. All sound files are her's too. Collector is Jirarudan's theme, Ware Wa Collector. And Pray is one of my favorite pieces of background music.

That's about it, really.

I KNOW. xDD I just went and moved a lot of stuff. I normally don't leave all of Ebi's drawings and sound clips out there. ^^;

I knew you would. xD It's nothing, it's actually Kanemaru Junichi, Sonic and Harley's seiyuu, being immature as always.
