I can't halp noticing the "The newest registered user is" line has at its conclusion a different name than there was when this topic was started. Has the ban on new users been lifted?

Edit: Well, no one answered me, but since sixty users have registered since I wrote this. . . ah, I'm going to assume the answer is yes.
